The idea is that potential consumers will be able to search for businesses either locally or within other areas of Africa. Delivery Policy
Confirmation of payment receipt will be confirmed with once Trade Network Africa/NextGen receives payment. Once payment has been confirmed and completed, the client will be contacted by Trade Network Africa.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Trade Network Africa complies with the Consumer Protection Act. Should the client change his/her mind regarding the product acquired, Trade Network Africa will consider refunding the Client, less an amount for any direct expenses already incurred on behalf of the client in respect of the service. Trade Network Africa can process a refund back onto a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and into a client’s bank account. The client may be liable for credit card administration fees charged to Trade Network Africa in this regard.
